What are your office hours?

The JD Mini Storage office is open Monday through Saturday for the times listed below.

Can I stay past 7pm?

The automatic gate will let you out after 7pm but it won’t let you back in. We encourage you to be off the ground by 7pm, since the managers live onsite.

Is my storage unit safe?

The facility is fenced in, offering tenants individual access codes to input in order to gain access through our automatic gate. We also have onsite managers at our facility around the clock, which helps to ensure that our storage units remain safe and secure. When you store your valuable belongings in one of our storage units, you can count on them staying safe.

Can I store cars in my storage unit?

No, our storage units cannot store motor vehicles or boats.

There are no hidden fees, and all unused rent will be fully refunded if you change your mind after the first month as long as you provide 10-days notice of move-out.

Is there minimum stay for a storage unit rental?

There is no minimum stay. However, the minimum charge is one month. After one month, any pre-paid rent is prorated and refunded as long as you provide 10-days’ notice of move-out
