I’ve had storage most of my adult life. This has been the best facility. I generally don’t even cover clothing hanging on the racks. It hasn’t mildewed and I don’t find things covered in spider webs. The place is very well maintained and has excellent drainage. All units are at ground level so you can drive right up to them. There are no elevators, carts, etc. to deal with. You don’t have to move your car to let somebody get around you. Your unit is in direct line-of-sight with your vehicle so you don’t have to post a guard while you load-in.These are things you should check out throughly. I would check customer reviews before you select the place to store your goods.
